Tim Fisher

Executive Chef
As the youngest chef to be awarded Two Hats during his 11 years working at Paddington restaurant, Lucio’s, Tim Fisher exudes a passion for traditional Italian cuisine with a modern influence.

“One of the stand-out chefs who has influenced in my career is Richard
Djurasevich, Head Chef at Le Lavandou, the first place I worked. He taught
me the core values of cooking, simple fresh ingredients utilised well, which has become
my food philosophy and stayed with me throughout my years as a chef."

Shakila Helalat

Restaurant Manager
With a degree in African Language and Literature, Shakila has also completed hospitality studies in Sydney and currently studying wine with the hope to be a wine master in the near future.

With a passion for food and hospitality, Shakila was known to have menus next to her bed as a child and would read them every night as a bedtime story!

She makes it her goal to pass on all of her passion and love for food & wine to the customers who visit Eastbank.
